Dior Couture without Galliano

Bill Gaytten designed the complete collection for this years Fall Couture Collection. Influences from the past shows make a comeback in this collection with ruffles of unfinished taffeta and tiered gowns. The impressive head pieces like the Napoleon and Clown hats, 3D geometric shapes, stars and a moon were created by Stephen Jones and worked as an exceptional addition to the show. Full skirts as well as pencil skirts were shown in colours that reminded of sorbet. A bedazzled gold jacket and puffy 3/4 sleeve pastel jackets and tops brought a bit of sparkle and fun to the show. All in all was it a success? Have a look at some of what we thought were the highlights.
